O...gawd! no, er, uh,..burp,...Hey chainsaw wielding maniac if you see this on your screen can you tell us if A-train is dead or not? Have you eaten him yet?
Here's what you need to do : Go to your car, roll down the windows, wait a minute. Then roll the windows back up. The rain will stop shortly thereafter. It always works for me, at least.
man i got totally soaked running in the rain today... my Sony walkman (which is meant to handle outdoor weather and RAIN) broke in the middle of the run... guess it couldn't handle Texas rain... than on top of that, freakin' cars splash the #$%^ out while speeding through massive puddles (though they seemed more like creeks) right beside me! I HATE RAIN!
Thanks for the tips.... Im back at work now. The water got in my house, but it wasnt that bad. Damn I wish I had renters insurance! Unfortunately, we are expecting MORE rain tonight, so I may have to tie my leg to a tree before I go to sleep. If anyone would like to go tubing behind my house this weekend, you are more than welcome to stay there. Hell if the water gets any higher you can use my house as your own tube...
I've noticed it's been raining a lot in Texas recently - is it as bad as last year's bout around this time of year? It's been raining a lot here in Orlando, too - 19 straight days - but it's so dry here I think it could rain another 1000 inches before any major flooding ensued.
It's times like this that I am thankful for living on the third floor overlooking the Green Belt. Drew, where do you live bro? Sorry about not calling you guys to hit the lake, but the rain nixed those plans.
