    On a side note, how can the league leader in strikeouts not go to the all-star game, in favor of taking 5 freakin' shortstops.

    Strikeouts are only nice if you're getting people out also. #23 in ERA isn't all that impressive.

    I agree on the 5 shortstops. Yeah, they are all great, but All-Stars are supposed to be the best of the best at any given position. If you're the 5th best SS in the AL (out of 14), you're not the best at your position by any stretch.
