A package would most likely have T-Mac or Battier involved. Would you make a deal for Monta Ellis, he's only 23.

I'm happy with AB. Dude puts on some muscle in the summer.
He will continue to hit those clutch 3s and will attack the basket relentlessly just like Monta, plus he's on a rookie contract. So no thanks.

A year go, I would say yes but things have changed.

Not only that, the Warriors would have to give up some of their talent that they have and they aren't going to do that.

Only if Beindris and/or Randolph comes too..

That should be a good enough answer.

Even if the salaries of AB and Ellis were the same, I would want AB. Ellis shoots well, but he doesn't pass the ball very much. His defense is OK, but he has an injury history (moped accident).

    So let's compare to AB:
Shooting: Edge Ellis - good FG%, but pretty bad 3 PT shooter
    Passing: Edge AB
    Defense: Edge Ellis slightly
    Intangibles: Edge AB
Low Salary: Big Edge AB (rookie contract vs. $11M x 5 years)

Good player but he's a tweener, cap killer, and injury prone...No go for me.

I'd Give AB a shot to shine this year. He has shown, that there are things that he can get done..

The guy is an idiot with a terrible attitude. As a "veteran" of the Warriors he should be embracing and trying to help Curry with his game as opposed to saying he won't play with him and a line up with the 2 wouldn't work. Lets not forget his moped incident.

What would he say if we attained him, "I don't wanna play in the same line up with AB or Kyle Lowry"

Only if they had a moped giveaway night.

The way I see it, if the guy wont play with Curry b/c the backcourt would be too small, then why would he want to play with Brooks and Lowry?

Monta Ellis is a one-dimensional guard in my opinion..
He's a scorer. That's it. Oh, and undersized. Awesome.

We have on of those already.. and he's also very young.
Except ours has proven that he can make the big shot &
perform at a high level in the playoffs.

    Brooks.
