Alright here's the scenario: I'm pretty confident when it comes to picking out people I know I'll have a good time with. Lately, women have been giving me all kinds of good vibes but I can't do anything because I'm on this set budget with paying for school and my ride. I've gone on a few dates here and there and it's really drained my pockets. Anyone got a good idea for a date where I don't have to spend a lot? This dinner and movie stuff just ain't working for me anymore.
1. Go have a picnic. bring bar-b-que... 2. After that go watch the planes land at Bush airport... 3. Take her home.
Women are Evil! ------------------------ As we all know, women require time and money Women = Time X Money ------------------------ And time is money Time = Money Women = Money X Money = Money^2 ------------------------ We have all learned that money is the root of all evil Money = Sq.Rt Evil Money^2 = Evil THEREFORE WOMEN ARE EVIL!!!! AHHHHH!!!! Women = EVIL!!!
find a girl who doesnt mind eating out at a place cheap...Subway is always a good place to me, its 'fast food' but its not like you are going to McDonald's. Its usually always quiet which makes for good conversation opportunity. The book store is another good cheap date place, go to a Books a Million or Borders and have a coffee and just talk, and if the chick likes to read you can just read magazines together and stuff.
Find one and keep one. They get cheaper over time. Some women like to date around for the free evening. Cut back and cut out the expensive ones.
YO fellow Rocket BRo, Just pimp the Ho at her house with deep and positive conversations. You'll be in the draws in no time. I don't really think she'll be trippin over food if she likes you fo you!
take her back to your place and watch old rockets games on dvd...then play some video games with her.
anjelika theatre right by bayou place i think downtown. go on mondays 5 bucks a piece if you have a student idea, and then they give you a huge ass drink and a huge ass popcorn free. its so big i had to throw out the popcorn after the movie.
It's going to be tough man. I don't think there is any way around it. Even if you don't want to spend you will, just because of the sex, so you should just give up now. Surrender to the evil.
Going to the zoo is cheap, and it can be really fun and romantic. Go people watching at the Galleria, or something. Go hang out at a bookstore. You can both browse and find out stuff about each other and not spend a dime. The Anjelika is cheap on Monday's for students. They'll even take the price of parking off of your ticket, plus the free drink and popcorn. Go for a bike ride or to the park and fly kites. The Waterwall is always free too! Good luck!
Princess is right. The Zoo is ranked as one of the top 5 places to take a date. Sounds silly, but it works almost everytime I try it. Try to go when they have a baby animal. The girls love it. In DC it's free too!
These sound like pretty good ideas. I'll have to use some of them in my game plan sometime. I like the zoo/waterwall idea. The museum wouldn't be too bad of an idea either now that I think of it. Red, if I ever had a girl at my house watching Rockets games, I think something would be seriously wrong. Hardly any girl I know likes watching NBA basketball. That's like hoping for the #1 pick in the draft.... er... something. Now, time to bring it, bring it.
I've already tried that with mine and safe to say it DOES NOT WORK! She gives me that "your goofy ass better be kidding" look.
Girl I was dating came over during a Spurs-Rockets playoff game in the mood for love. I was on the couch watching the game and she started trying to make out and **** like that. Well being a man I immediately forgot about the game and started fooling around right back. Well things....ummmm..... progressed on the couch until my attention was again turned to the game. So here I am trying to watch the game and errrr perform. Well one bad call was all it took for me to let out a "Give me a F-ing break, that was all ball" and the jig was immediately up. Needless to say I was in the doghouse for a looooooooooooooooong time before I got a chance at any of that again. Moral of the story is "You can't have it both ways"
Sure you can, if your team is winning and your gal doesn't mind you being a little animated. Yes, yes, yes, yes, oh GOD YES. WOOHOO!
