If Tracy has done his rehab in Chicago that means he is completly 100%. I doubt he just said, ok guys I am comming back to H-Town for training camp. Don't have time to rehab anymore. If he is back, that means he was seen by his doctors, Grover, etc and that means he is completly ready. It sounds well.
