Defense is just flat out terrible. Yes, they are playing the run very well...but now they suck at pass rush and pass defense. Then, when we get that right, MJD is going to have a 50 yard run for a TD. I understand the lack of talent in the secondary, but it shouldnt be this easy for Jax.
Yea... they have no distinguishable ideology, and they're not particularly good at any one aspect of defense (and are downright horrible at pass-rushing and one-on-one reciever defending).
Is Antonio Smith still on the Texans? This dude hasn't made any plays so far this season. He was benched last game because he was late to practices and meetings. Another major waste of cash. He isn't any better than Tim Bulman and costed about 10 times as much.
Forget the good things I tried to say about our D. Our D, bottom line, is just god-awful. No semblance of pressure on the QB. If Gerrard has all day to throw, he is more than capable of tearing us a new one. We may be headed for a shoot-out.
