Thought about this thread as I ate for breakfast today 2 fried eggs but I stupidly told my wife to pop them so they looked like scrambled eggs but they tasted different (they tasted better than scrambled).

Then I tried and for the most part was successful in poaching an egg. I placed that baby on a sandwich and had myself a peanut butter, honey, and poached egg sandwich - have no clue of how much protein and calories that was (probably close to the same as a fried pb & banana with bacon sandwich) but damn that sandwich was good!

What I had for lunch today.

Breakfast burrito. Eggs, bell peppers, onions, cheese, jimmy dean, various spices, and hash browns. Put some fresh cilantro, salsa, and cholula in a big tortilla. Soooooo gooooooood.

First choice: fried/over easy (w/ a nice runny yolk)
    Second choice: scrambled.

    Never boiled.

I cannot eat egg yolk unless it's scrambled or deviled.

Funny thing is I can eat the egg yolk when it's sunny side up (the yolk is raw), but when it's completely fried I find it gross.

    Rancheros for the win....Yess!

I see no use for hardboiled eggs, except for easter egg hunting and potato salad.

"Were you stoned?" - Not stoned - have never smoked weed a day in my life.

"WTF kinda combination is that?" - A damn good one, you should try it sometime - lots of protein. I take it that you have never heard of Elvis Presley and his love for fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I'm not as fat as Elvis (I'm probably more like the '60s Elvis that just got out of the army) but my concoction (sp?) that I made last night sounds like something he might have eaten....and ENJOYED.
