If I remember right, they're at an even higher elevation than Denver.

Good game, I feel a little bit better with Potts than I did week 1. Running game needs to improve a lot though.

Mike Leach: running game. Does not compute.

I'll bet USC would have taken a close win versus an ugly loss.

    Good job Horns.

    Wrong.

The replay CLEARLY showed helmet to helmet contact. He then proceeded to bear his head down on the QB's helmet until the damned thing came off.

AWFUL, AWFUL non-call. That TD was gift wrapped for Texas by the refs.

Horse hockey, the helmet hit the ball and slid into his chin......that is not helmet to helmet.

The officials called a lot of penalties but they were right on that one..and most others.

Yes in most cases but that is what made us a pretty good team last year we could mix in the run from time to time and both Woods and Batch averaged around 4.5 yards a carry. Our offensive line will probably get better with time hopefully.

I thought Stephens looked good running the ball....and that run and shoot offense Tech runs reminds me of the old Coogs offense.

I don't know why more midsized colleges don't run something similar, it gives them a great chance of winning.

I whole-heatedly agree with you DD, lol. By bigtexx's logic the fake kneel mishap before the end of the half would put an asterisk next to our win. Hell every sports event that is subject to human interpretation should have an asterisk.

I think McCoy is overrated, but in Tech's offense he would shatter every passing record.

I still feel that was helmet to helmet but it was not the reason we lost the game. I think it was clear Kindle lowered his helmet and popped Potts right under the chin with his helmet which caused Potts helmet to come off instantly.

I don't like to see anyone take vicious hits, but it was legal.

What is that wasn't, isn't. It was a textbook hit and wrap up, but I wouldn't have disagreed had it been called upon watching it again.
