The enzyme has what's called an 'active site' where a substrate molecule will come and attach to it. To design the experiment: your variable is temperature. you are evaluating the reaction rate. For a particular rxn, what if you tried to find how much product is formed after 5mins, 10mins, 15mins, etc. of reaction time, and repeated this for different temperatures?
