what are possible consequences? i was on deferred adjudication for 18 months for possesion of mar1juana and failed a drug test back in july, i've been clean since that day, but now i have court on oct. 1st. For anyone who has past experience what do ya'll think the course of action that they will take? I've also never missed a meeting, made my payments on time, done 28 of a possible 48 hours of community service, went to see mothers against drunk driving, and go once a week to a narcotics anonymous meeting.
Don't know as I've never been in the situation, but WillCo is famous for being a "no tolerance" county.
ouch, you were definitely in the wrong county. It would have been a whole lot different in Travis I would seriously consider getting a local lawyer, someone who knows the judges/courts.
Seriously, you couldn't stay off the hippie lettuce for 18 months?? Now that I got that out of my system, it probably all depends on the degree of the original offense. They could revoke your probation and send you to jail. They may change your probation so that you have to go pee in a cup more often. Like others have said, Williamson County is no known for their leniency. Bottomline....it's probably time you own it and grow up. I've been in those same shoes. If you keep wearing them, you're going to be wearing them behind bars one day.
I would flee the country if I was you. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/2Ju1Dkl-ToM&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/2Ju1Dkl-ToM&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
They may send you to jail for the remaining time of your probation, or they may make you visit twice a month. As long as your up on all of your other requirements, you should be OK. Oh, and stop smoking that helps a TON!
Gonna guess that you'll have to do the underlying sentence, which depends on how much pot you had, but probably 6 months. They might give you less time on a revocation if you can cut a deal.
