This Friday night, I was relaxing with some friends, having a mellow, laid back time. We had eaten a nice smoked brisket, enjoyed some top shelf relaxation enhancers, and listened to a variety of chill sounds (forest rain, spa stones, Mexican auto shop), before settling on "old window unit A/C" on some Iphone sound app. Needless to say, there was some serious kicking back going on.

So, yesterday, we had all discussed the events of last Friday. The general consensus was that we had reached RelaxCon 2 - the second highest level of relaxation that can be achieved.

I was shocked, honestly, that we had not received RelaxCon 1. However, one of my friends had a valid point - you can only kick so far back, with a sofa/ottoman combo.

We traded ideas back and forth. Bean bags, Lay-Z-Boys, indoor spas, and even a dentist chair were all floated. But we all agreed that nothing would be able to take a load off like a hammock - and I'm not going to elaborate on this, as everyone should be well versed on the "free & easy" life that the hammock facilitates.

Please help me in my quest to reach RelaxCon 1, and recommend a good hammock shop. I plan on putting together a network of four slings on two levels, between four trees in close proximity from each other.

    Thanks!

Hammocks? My goodness, what an idea. Why didn't I think of that? Hammocks! Roxfan, there's four places. There's the Hammock Hut, that's on third. There's Hammocks-R-Us, that's on third too. You got Put-Your-Butt-There? That's on third. Swing Low, Sweet Chariot... Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex; it's the hammock complex on third.

I bought my hammock at the Galleria at Brookstone a few years ago. A bit pricey, but really great quality.

Unfortunately, I never use it anymore so I took the hammock down and put it in my garage. The stand sits in my small backyard doing nothing.

Wow, nice site. It has some good clearance deals with up to 50% off.

The only downside is the lack of an autoplaying mellow midi file.

Also, since when do hammocks all come with stands? That doesn't sound care-free and breezy at all. More like a rope-cot.
