In Bellaire in started hailing. That is the first time in Houston I have ever had it start hail while I was driving. In the span of maybe 5 minutes it went from not raining, to pouring and hailing. Then about 10 minutes later, it stopped again. Crazy.
Sounds like you guys got all the left overs from what happened last night in Austin and San Antonio.. had damn warnings going on near midnight.
These lightning in the sky were beautiful,Light in the sky was one of my favorites.Damn, what a pity that I couldn't see it at scene.
Just got in from watching The Sword at Mohawk (in Austin). We had a similar "light show" the past 2 nights. Friggin awesome! Even better....we got some rain. Bring it on rainman!
I didn't have a camera, but there was a sweet view of the moon right above the thunderstorm clouds which were already flashing every couple of seconds from the lightning.
Damn, my mother's plane was delayed 2hrs and 45min at IAH causing her to miss her connecting flight in MIAMI which was to take her to Bolivia. Now she has to wait till tomorow night at 11pm.
