"I'm doing light workouts 5 days a week, 2 hours each day. It's good to keep my mind and body active while my foot heals."
I got that also. Woohoo - kinda feels like i'm twitter. Can I tweet now. Anyway I doubt that update is done by Yao, or even anyone all that close to him. Worst case scenario, its a total fake. There are plenty of those types on Bookface.
Don't make fun of it........ He was seriously preparing for his Public Services Announcement (PSA) recording pleading his mainland China compatriots to support the Taiwanese who have suffered their worst flood in 50 years.
If that is so, maybe you need to let the Rockets know it since they quote this on their twitter account as coming from Yao. http://twitter.com/OfficialRockets
How so? It seems pretty legit to me. Yao seems like a pretty computer and internet-savvy guy, and I wouldn't really doubt that he'd think of using Facebook as a means to connect with his fans. The difference here between Facebook and twitter is that you can know for sure a twitter account is legit from its "verified account" status, whereas Facebook doesn't have that feature yet.
He really is bored. It's reported he's been shooting basketballs from a chair just like he did during his last injury. Seems like a waste of time since shooting standing up is so different than when sitting down and wouldn't transfer skill wise.
It makes perfect sense. If has another injury he may not walk again. Preparing for wheelchair basketball
I've been hearing thAt Yao is shooting from a chair. I wonder how tall this chair is. If the chair is high enough so that he shoots at his normal height level than that's god practice. Or maybe he's just trying to pretend he's short
