Why Ming's jersey will have both Yao Ming across back?

    According to Chron he will wear #11 and have Yao MIng across his back. Any other player who have both First and Last names on the back? Rockets worry people won't be able to understand of Chinese name? Or you can sell more jersey in China this way?

    Probably because his last (family) name is Yao, but most people in America think that is his first name. I guess they are going to cover both possibilities just in case. :)

    I remembered that. It was even on two lines, not rounded atop of the jersey like normal jerseys.
