I saw the the show you probably saw. It was about the best pig out places or something. The Big Texan was #1, I think. From looking at the scoville ratings, Blazin' just seems like habanero hot sauce, "911" seems like it's a hot sauce + extract or just extract. That's 3 times as hot as the hottest pepper in the world. The Nuclear Fusion seems like it's just pure capsicum. Weird - they're not even in Texas. If they put their hottest wings there, somebody's going to be getting some serious drink revenue!
I used to get the chicken tenders from Cluck U when I was living in DC. I don't think I ever got beyond Hot - they definitely had some kick (great flavor too) that only got stronger if you kept some for next-day leftovers.
