    He just said he wanted someone "religious" but not of a specific religion... so... if I worship, oh, someone like Oprah, and I am of the SaTaNiC HaRpO religion... I wonder if I qualify? :p

    With all of the scams coming out of Nigeria its gotta suck if you are a legitimate business in Nigeria trying to do business overseas.

    Another vote for scam.

    Never have I ever heard of paying an application fee BEFORE getting the application itself.

    I haven't heard of paying an application fee before filling out an application. But my brothers did go to look at a legitimate property and when they went to apply it had just been taken. The real estate office said they could apply "in general" and they would contact them if there was a house available that met their needs. I dissuaded them from submitting the application and fee.
