I'll agree signing Pops would allow us to move Landry but I'm not a huge fan of Camby...overrated defender but then again Camby is expiring this year.

Are you serious??? Dorsey has scored 2 NBA points, and you are saying that he is a better scorer than Pops?

I would... the guy is a pivot and his FG percentage is in the mid 30s. At least Dorsey can use some of his body strength to finish in the post... this guy isnt a finisher at all.

Pops would not give the same production on offense and the boost of energy Landry brings. Camby maybe an overrated defender but the team does not have any front court player that can dominate on defense. Any help will be needed on that area should Camby become a Rocket.

Question here: we already have 16 players on books. How does this make bringing in another player possible? Are Cook and Barry on their way out? :p

A guy with more technical fouls than NBA points is better than Pops?

I know I'm never reading your posts again.

The best compliment Brian Colangelo (Tor GM) made in regards to Pops is that he regretted not playing Pops sooner. You're probably looking at someone who will fill Von Wafer's energy off the bench because Pops is an energy guy, and perhaps, nothing more than that.

PMB is not better than Hayes if for no other reason than Chuck's status as a elite post defender. Pops is a great athlete and, if one of our PFs happened to go down to injury (knock on Dorsey's head) I'd gladly pick him up. As is, though, I'm satisfied with our PF stock.

Why is no one addressing the elephant in the corner??? 2009-10 Rockets...where layup lines and exposed perimeter defenders happen.

Anybody who follows EPL can tell you that player transfer rumors printed in the newspapers over there are about as reliable as the RealGM message boards.

Is "Pops VS Ramos" this year's version of "Wafer VS Strawberry" ?

Maybe he deleted his account. Teams/GMs supposedly read Hoopshype. Rockets might have wanted him or any other player to keep quiet about workouts...
