I don't think any of the insiders have the green light to come off with any of the info for the 15th pick. The #1 is different, we'll take whoever we want and no team can do anything about it but whith the 15th you don't want to tip your hand and let the other teams know who you want and who you don't. Just a guess on my part, they could just be greedy bastarges who want all the info for themselves. <-------A Smiley face would go here

I don't know what information they could really give us concerning the 15 pick. I mean, if they aren't thinking of trading the pick, and I don't think they are (or at least not actively so), then really they just go by their draft board. Between 3 and 14, a LOT could happen, so I think it will be more reaction than action at the 15th spot. We know they like Bostjan Nachbar. If he is there, he will probably be taken.

That is too simple. I bet there is a trade. If everyone thinks we want Nachbar then that is not the guy. But what the heck do I know.

Sure something may very well work along the lines of not wanting to release the info for fear of jeopardizing a deal, but if there is a trade prior to that news being officially announced, this board will likely know about it.

If the Rockets are planning to move the #15 or make a swap of any nature I would bet that one of this boards insiders will post concerning it prior to it being made officially reported. What is the point of knowing a really juicy secret, and only being able to keep it to yourself, unless of course its release is damaging in some way?

One can only hope that the Rocks can find some deal akin to last years. With that in mind I'm still a little in love with #6 (Cleveland - Chris Wilcox) for KT and our #15. However, I put very little stock in it. One can only dream...

Maybe the "insiders" don't know as much as we thought they did?

Do we really need pick 37? If we keep it will the player make the team? What team in front of us would want to move down a few spots to pick up a second round pick? I have no inside info but I just don’t see us using all three picks. Expect a trade at some point tomorrow.

I think we will keep the 37th pick because it is not a guaranteed contract. I do think we will trade #15 if the right player is not available. Hopefully, Prince at 37 not at 15. (Actually, I rather not draft him)

The number 15 pick will be traded away, along w/ a couple of players from the current squad, and perhaps a future #1 pick for Lamar Odom.
All we have to do is convince the Clippers that even by adding Ming and Odom, we are still not a playoff team. ( Call it an Ancient Chinese Secret )
    Good luck Rockets!! ; )

    I think that's a great proposal!

Good for The Roxs and The Haircuts!

I doubt LA would send us Lamar, when we just selected Stoudamire..............erh!!!!!!!!!!!! Co......ming to train under The CATo...............erh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I need some info. To Ming or not to MING.

While we are waiting. Why dont we trade for the draft rights to Stoudamire somehow? And draft Caron Butler. Oh yeah I'm sure thats been posted.

If the draft can yeild us Stoudemire somehow I'm all for it. Come'on he thrashed Wilcox in his workout, didn't he? I'm leaning towards the Anti-Ming crowd. I can not comprehend what the H**l takes so long. The Chinese are looking real greedy right now.

Is seems that we have more picks than actual roster spots. So eventhough we have 3 first round picks(I include the last one because it is basically a first rounder), I doubt we actually use them all. There has to be some kind of trade. I just hope we can package the last two together and get a nice small forward out of the deal. Anyway to dump a contract or two would be good. I expect them to all playout though because nobody else wants the ones we don't want. Any thoughts?
