    man, silva hit him going backwards. that 'knockout' was bs.

    when forrest was on the ground, he put his hand out as to say no more. if you're truly knocked out, do you have enough sense to let your opponent know you're done?

    Silva Owned him, he is a better fighter and Griffin just ran in there like a headless chicken. Silva had control of the fight from the beginning.

    I'm a BJ Penn fan, so that match was exciting for me. Rear naked choke on Ken Florian? BJ Penn is too much. He was in great condition and shape. That's probably why he wore the tights instead of the board shorts. If he is in this good of condition for every fight, he will be as dominant as the other champions not in the HW division
