Remember, no PBP in these threads and keep the chatter on topic (if it is about something other than this series, talk about it in another thread).

8-7 Carlos Villanueva, RHP (2-8, 5.98) vs. Bud Norris, RHP (1-0, 0.90) 7:05 on FSN

8-8 Manny Parra, LHP (6-8, 6.33) vs. Roy Oswalt, RHP (6-4, 3.61) 6:05 on FSN

8-9 Yovani Gallardo, RHP (10-8, 3.59) vs. Wandy Rodriguez, LHP (10-6, 2.63) 1:05 on FSN

Not sure about saturday. I am going and Astros.com says Oswalt but I am pretty sure it is actually going to be Hampton with Oswalt going Monday or Tuesday.

    WLW...

Two almost evenly matched screwup pitching staffs minus the obvious 2 starters and the unknown in Norris. Wandy vs Gallardo should be a dandy on Sunday!

Erstad! First game off the DL, and he's opened the scoring.

Oh wow. The offense so far has been provided from Darin Erstad and Jason Michaels. Surely it's the end of the world...

Of Jason Michaels' 20 hits, 13 have been for extra bases.

Good to see that my least favorite position player on the 'Stros, Jason Michaels, has dropped 2 bombs.

This isn't the 90's anymore. Frosted tips are no longer cool, my friend.

    Norris' ERA is looking lovely.

We might have something special with this kid.

Great game for the Stros whipping boys Micheals and Erstad and Norris again strong he is looking like the deadline aquisition I had hoped the Stros would have made!

WOW...Gutsy move and I love it!!!

alysonfooter Astros option Paulino to Triple-A Round Rock and purchase contract of Yorman Bazardo

alysonfooter Bazardo will work out of 'pen for now. So the two big guns from Round Rock are now with the 'stros...

Paulino I think is a Wandy clone right now so its just him getting "it" but saying that next Spring will be the make it or break it time!

I really hope Bud Norris is something and not another case of Paulino.

Let's hope Hampton doesn't get smacked around like a rag doll tonight. I'd like to see Houston release him, and bring up a young arm to get some experience on the bump.

If he's not pitching against PIT or SF, he gets absolutely clobbered.
