Leisure Suit Larry: Love for Sail. You're a guy walking around, obviously wearing a leisure suit (sometimes nothing but an elephant swimsuit), searching for hidden dildo's, hitting up on every woman you see, passing gas at craps tables, and eating spork. Pugs
Back on the PSOne I played this mystery game that reminded me of Myst as far as gameplay. The title was just one letter. I think it was "D" though I might be wrong. That was a pretty weird game. Shadow of the Collossus was a little weird too. Great game, just not what I was used to.
Leisure Suit Larry was a great series. By no means strange at all. From what I've seen posted, Seaman would take the cake. It had a human face, and you play the game by talking to it.
Great one! Loved that game! I also thought Dark Cloud 2 was pretty high up on the sheer randomness meter... great, great game though.
I couldn't actually play the game. I couldn't see anything let alone find anything cuz the screen was too dark. I tried to adjust the TV to compensate, but it didn't help. I'm pretty sure I'm still stuck in the graveyard.
The first Silent Hill game caught me totally off guard -- wasn't expecting such an unusual experience.
Murder Death Kill (MDK) 1 and 2...really strange, but really bad-ass. Check them out. The 2nd one in my opinion had some really awesome levels. One which was the one of the hardest I've ever played.

Was a pretty good game overall.
