Not necessarily good or bad...just strange.

For example, while I didn't technically play it, Rule of Rose is definitely a little unusual IMO (especially some of the storybooks found in the game):
    <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/te_No0dapPY&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/te_No0dapPY&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
(not necessarily the strangest game I've played/seen, but it should help start the thread off)

I played some seriously weird asian MAME roms (arcade games) when I had a MAME cabinet. One was a quix-clone where if you did well, you got a naked girl at the end. If you did poorly, you got a devil. They're so obscure that I can't even find them via google.

    NBA Live 95.

I have only ever played Basketball games, seriously.

Shooting games and all that sci fi stuff leaves me cold.

This one was pretty weird at the time. Now, not so much with Zombie games coming out by the dozen.

You're this dismembered head running around a maze eating dots. You avoid ghosts until you eat a big dot and then you can eat them too? WTF?

    I think it's called Pac-Man.

When I saw this thread I immediately thought of Killer7, which was an awesome, awesome game, but after seeing the obscure titles some of you are throwing out I feel like the suggestion is a little out of place

I don't really know how to define strange. I'd say this was weird:

    The movie was even weirder.

    Edit: I forgot to add

Some Playstation game called 'PO'ed' in the late 90s... some of the enemies were walking asses that attack you by farting. That's all I could remember.
