I'm sure he reminds a lot of us of "someone I know" sad story and the reason why relationships, friends, community are very important to the mental health of people.
I've got a few friends who have been on dry streaks for quite awhile, not as long as this guy though (I think). At least my friends have people they can talk to so I'm not worried but stuff like this makes you think. Who knows whats really going on with that quiet guy you work with or sit in class with?
I don't know about the college education in the states. How is it? How come some people are so crazy? Did college not teach them some common sense and basic philosophy?
If the dry spell bothered him so much, he just should have hit the strip joint or called an escort. He could have spent his last day on earth screwing some babe. I don't think college education has anything to do with it. It didn't stop Choi from shooting up V-Tech.
He may have shared some beliefs with the extreme Right but it seems pretty clear that politics wasn't his motivation.
