Well, anyone know of any cool methods, techniques, programs, etc? I'm 5'7, 16 yrs old and dammit I want to be taller!!! I want to end out at around 5'10. Help me people. BTW, I'm skinny, sort of, I dunno 140 lbs. My dad is 5'6, mom is 5'1. Typical Indian short parents. Anyone got any advice?

Eat, Sleep, Breathe.. do this for a few years and you might grow.

    It worked for me!

I tried those so called "natural" methods, but it seems I have an imbalance in them. If I eat a little, I sleep a lot. If I breathe alot, I eat a little. And if I sleep a little, I breathe alot.

If your'e 16, then you should be due for a growth spurt any time now. When I was 16 I was around your height, and now (I'm 20) I'm 5'10. It all depends on when you have your growth spurt.
I used to worry about my height all the time, until I learned that because I was pretty strong, no one could push me over. Thanks to my lower centre of gravity! :D Use your height to an advantage. Be happy with yourself!!

dude, just like everyone else said...

my junior year of high school, i grew about seven inches (from 5'6" to 6'1")...

some people just develop a little late, that's all.

Now see, thats a plan I can live with! But anyways, yea I guess I am due for a growth spurt sometime soon since I've been 5'5-5'6 for the last 2-3 years.

i didn't realize you were indian...

i am too, but i come from an abnormal indian family b/c my dad is 5'11" and my mom is 5'7"... :)

but look around, most indian guys born and raised in the US are pretty tall (and lanky)... almost all of my friends are over 6'0"... so don't worry...

i know this means absolutely nothing, and i'm not trying to do any racial profiling, but i thought it might help you feel better about an upcoming spurt!

I despise milk, sleep 9-10 hours a day, am only 14years old, and I am already 6'2". My dad is 5'10" and mom is 5'6" so I have no reason to be tall, but my method works.

Dude if you are already that tall and don't get enough calcium then I am suprised that you haven't broken your hand typing on the keyboard. =)

Rockets R' Us - I have got a solution. You can have your cat and dog try to stretch you, just tie your hands to the dog and feet to the cat and yell "Pull, you mighty stallions, pull! Show me no mercy"

Or you could spike your hair and where platform shoes, that's a few inches there....

hope you watch the simpsons, or this won't make sense.
