    Guys,

Everyone on the Anti Ming side has been saying that Ming is unproven, and has not played against good competition, but what about the other side of that coin?

Ming has been playing with bad teamates as well. Anyone who balls knows that the better your teamates are the better you play.

Ming will excel because he is playing with Cat and Francis, and vice versa.

The Anti Francis people have been saying ship him out because he is a whiny terd.

Well, yes, he is whiny, just ask Vancouver, but once he sees how much playing with a multi talented center can mean to his game he will come around.

I think Ming is already in the top 5 of centers in the NBA, and will only get better.

Francis and Cat will love the way he works hard, shores up the defense and rebounds like Hung Kung Fuey !!!

I think the Rockets future is very bright.

...but what if francis doesnt give it a chance.
...he didnt give vancouver a chance..
he wanted out because the grizzlies had mike bibby.
he didnt want to altar his game.
he doesnt want ming because hes "never been able to play with a player like that."
he doesnt want to alter his game.
i mean i guess he has no way out of this, and he will have to play a season with ming. unless hes a huge Ahole and demands a trade...
...but i mean, i hope he learns to love altering his game, because he sure doesnt seem to want to.

    :(

To break the cultural barrier Ming needs to learn to say 'Yo, sup bro' when he meets Stevie...

Thank You!!! A positive thread about Yao and Francis together. I think it will all work out at the end when the team starts to win.

    That's pretty clever. Good Idea.

I agree that Ming and Steve will be a great duo. Don't leave out old Eddie. He will be something special.

DaDakota, I admire your stance...you have displayed the best way to view and express your stance on these two players during this week's emotional time concerning the team and game we love. Many posters should emulate this.

    Thank you.

I wish I could be as civil and tact.

I'm going to take the positive approach too.

I have met Steve Francis in person and I just think that in the end, he will be kind enough to give this a chance to make this work

I will not judge Steve Francis anymore until I feel I see a definite answer on how he feels. I take back all those Bob Kemp posts too.

Ming will only help Steve's game.

Francis should be thankful the Rockets are looking to shore up the
middle with a shot-blocking presence at center.

Should help to cover-up for Steve's suspect defense. How many
times have we seen the good offensive PGs of the league,
Payton, Baron Davis, and even Tony Parker torch Francis off the
    dribble?

Looks like a positive impact to Francis' game to me...

Perhaps Stevie has very much influence to Rudy and CD and we really gonna trade the pick.

I hope Steve and Cat give him a chance. When not,our chemistry will be hurt a lot!I already see it:Steve and Ming on the fast break.Steve will do it by himself and Ming will only get his defensive rebounds.

Please Steve, give him a chance. They could really be an awesome twosome.
