I did it and I didn't even use supplements. Just worked out 1.5 half hours a day with only one rest day a week. That what happens when your body matures and you start to fill out. You don't realize what juice will do for you. My buddy juiced and gained 40 pounds of mostly muscle in less than a year. He was benching 315 before the juice and was benching over 400 when he finished a couple of cycles.
Your body must be very special than because those of us that don't have the same genes as you don't have their muscles heal nearly as quickly.
I don't think I have special genes even though I do gain weight easier than a lot of Asians. I just don't think 10-15 pounds of muscle is that difficult to gain in a off season when all you are doing is working out, especially when you can pay the best to tailor a workout regimen for you. Look of how much weight Colt McCoy has gained while at UT. He was 180 when he came to campus.
brandon roy is a bad ass. but i would take durant a million out of a million times over brandon roy. durant is 4 or 5 years younger then him. meaning already next season but especially in 3 years will be a beast.
just nowhere near the passing and handles tmac has got... dat said KEVIN DURANT IS MA MAN!!! MVP IN A FEW YEARS!!! DURANT DYNASTY UNITE!!!
durant will be a better PURE scorer than mcgrady b/c he can shoot better from anywhere on the court + the ft line. however, i doubt he'll ever have the all-around offensive game that mcgrady has. he's so good of a scorer, i have ZERO doubt durant will lead the league in scoring soon, with efficiency too. however, from his rookie year to last year, he didn't develop his playmaking skills at all. that's what separates the scorers from the all-around offensive players. and you're right, like melo, except durant will be a better scorer than melo. both lack that playmaking. durant will need a chauncey billups PG if he wants to be successful. brandon roy IS a better player than durant, despite not being the better scorer. from the basketball camps, people still only rave about his SCORING.
well KD is da $hit no matter which way you see it...... yeah is he meant to go create open shots for sub-.400 shooter russell westbrook and deadly-long range bullet launchers desmond mason? or is he meant to be the pseudo-PG thats meant to run plays for earl watson??? kevin durant is as awesome as there is a pure offensive juggernaut there is in the NBA...he's only 20 and hes near unstoppable. When he packs in some more muscle he'd be dominating the court from the tipoff to the buzzer beating pump-fake fadeaway 30 ft 3point game winner every single game. I would have to agree somewhat it'd help him a lot if he had a set-dem-up PG like Chauncey Billups. Man I'd be drooling all over the place if they could secure Ramon Sessions. That way Ramon Sessions wouldn't take away the ultra-efficient scoring of Kevin Durant and Sessions would be getting 12 assists every single game. Not every great player has to be a point-forward
I'm not sure it's a good idea for him to put on weight. I can't see him ever being a good enough rebounder or post player of big man defender in this league. Adding the extra weight will only serve to slow him down. I think the guy should fill out his frame very gradually and naturally throughout his career while constantly working on his handles. He can really dominate the SF position for his career.
if durant stays injury-free...he will def. be one of the best players in the NBA...and he is better than granger from the pacers.
uh, you just repeated what i said. he's an AWESOME player and he will be the best scorer in the league very soon, hell as soon as next year. but you're not going to be MVP by just being the best scorer in the L or be talked about along the likes of the kobes/brons/wades/pauls if you can score. carmelo anthony averaged 29-30 pts in his 3rd/4th year in the L and NOT ONCE is he even in the conversation as an MVP or along the lines of the top 5 player. b/c all he does is score, and he does it well. for durant to be truly a great player, he has to be able to create for others also, nto just himself. when the game is on the line, the ball will be in HIS HANDS. and he's not going to shoot every damn time.
Durant is nowhere near as fast or explosive as T-Mac was in Orlando. Go watch some old footage on youtube, Mac was outrunning PG's on the break. Durant is taller and has the wider wingspan though, which makes his shot so hard to block.
Agreed. But imagine if Portland did not pass on durant. Think about it...a line up of C: Prezibilla (Spelling?) PF: Aldridge SF: Durant SG: Roy PG: Millar. DAMN!!!!!..that is one scary lineup. A big man who can rebound and play great defence in the middle, with one of the up coming power forwards in the league along with two of the better scorers in the league. Add in the fact that roy is a great passer as well... I wish portland picked up durant instead of oden who is looking more and more like another kwame brown type of player.
Kevin Durant is as good a scorer as anybody not named Kobe, Lebron, and Dwade. I think if he develops his passing and post up game, he can be almost as versatile offensively as Lebron or a prime Tmac...he's extremely long for 6'9-6'10 and has amazing skills at that size. He might need to bulk up just a tad bit though to be able to finish stronger at the basket. I don't think he'll ever be able to guard smaller wings, cuz he's just too tall to do that effectively on a consistent basis, but he will be able to contest their shots if he knows how much room to give up without getting burned. The sky is the limit for this kid...
Yaa, people forget how great an athlete Tmac was...easily better than Kobe, WAde, Melo, Pierce, Roy, Johnson, Ginobili, Durant etc. in his prime. Only Lebron is a sure thing better than Tmac athletically in their respective primes as far as elite wing players. Tmac was fast, he could jump out the roof (Durant won't need to because of his height, and he was quick with the ball. He also became a lot stronger by his 3rd year at age 20...we'll see how much stronger Durant becomes. I think Durant will be like Tmac in that, their shots were impossible to block due to their height...he will be a nightmare matchup like Dirk, but more attacking the basket. I don't see him winning an MVP anytime soon though...not til he develops his all around game and his team starsts to win a little bit more.
You're right. He should play center, too. And take Desmond Mason's free throws for him. And make Russell Westbrook's three-pointers for him. And rebound for Jeff Green. He should do that. On top of averaging 25 a game, efficiently, at age 20. Pass the ball, man. Let Jeff Green and Thabo Sefalosha win a few games. You lost your chance to let Chucky Atkins work his winning magic last year with your selfishness and efficient shooting, now stand back and watch Kevin Ollie lead you to the playoffs in 2010. God, the Dish got dumb.
Yea most people on here forget how great of a athlete Tracy was because of the past few years here in Houston. Dude was just on another planet a true freak on the basketball court.
People like him are the same people that called Tracy a ball hog for not making his teammates better in Orlando. There only so much one player can do, hell hes not God.
Good to see you back dude, I thought you don't post here any more. You need to check out the GARM now. Our SAR vs Steve Francis debate looks like Shakespeare nowadays.
exactly. no theres not 30 teams in the league or anything. and no every team is supposed to have about the same level of players on it. not exactly some teams just suck and the players on it also. the clippers versus the lakers is a good example.
People need to stop comparing Durant to McGrady, they're completely different players. And Durant isn't close to being the player McGrady was in him prime, yet. remember, Mcgrady averaged over 5 Assists a game in orlando with over a 2/1 Assist Turnover ratio too. He had a **** team and still managed to rack up the assists. Durant is dishing out 2.8 Assists with over 3 Turnovers a game.
