I apologize for calling R2K "North Korea".

I know he doesn't like me so I dropped that label on him cause I felt he was controlling the the freedom of speech here.

    R2K,

sorry dude. I know you mean well.

As for the Hakeem's passing the ball analogy.. I apologize for not mentioning how good a passer Kenny Smith was in his day.

ya, I know it may not happen, but he doesn't answer to me at the end of the day...so I'll let whoever he feels he answers to, take care of it if he doesn't want to apologize to me on here.

Fair enough...the God I pray to loves everybody and will forgive everybody who is remorseful for their bad actions. I'm sure he didn't mind me standing up for his respect either.

    This thread is ridiculously silly.

Thanks for the laughs this morning.

I especially like the part where BlackKnight is sure God will forgive TinMan for his blasphemy. That was the icing on my Cinnabun.

    Need more coffee...

I'm glad Fatty corrected me about Billy Ocean's song being on Jewel of the Nile.
because of that I found that old Eddie Grant "Romancing the Stone" video.

Another badass Eddie Grant song is

Without going though all of the silliness that is probably this thread, I have a simple answer to tinman's original question.

If you have to ask that question, the answer is almost always "yes".

Also, you can't ask the question and then get pissed when someone does answer yes.

wow, a tin man joke. original dude.

"That Dude" didn't give you any comedic skills or originality.

Why don't you google or basketball-reference some stuff in the GARM so people will believe that you knew Wilt Chamberlain because your dad had tapes of him playing ball and you can insert him in today's Rockets lineup and have Carlos Boozer out play him.

man, you call yourself funny?? HAHAHAHAH that was VERRYY FUNNY man.

I know you haven't displayed any comedic ablity yourself either...."DEEZ NUTS!!"" real original right?? Had to steal that from Snoop back in 92...that was still kinda funny...back when I was in elementary school

Oh ya, don't insult my bball knowledge either...I do my hw for a reason, and thats to not look stupid, unlike some ppl who will just say stuff based on

"emotions and feelings of 12 guys leading a city to glory and makes my life worth living, cuz otherwise I should just kill myself if the Rockets didnt win the title..."

You can control your mancrush on Max, but you won't...I cant control the fact that I was born in 88 and all I have are old Rockets tapes from the title years...yet, I still got you and many others to say that I was a good poster before, so you know I do my homework and I don't just pull stuff out of my butt and post it on here.

YOu just go on your weird emotions and crap and need to stop thinking this is Back to the Future Clutch City Edition or something and live in the present day. You should get some therapy man...might help you in your life. Its not healthy to be obsessed with a Sports team or players at any time of your life, let alone a team that existed 15 years ago...

You aint got no other jokes man...I'm like 15 years younger than you man, you should know all the old school jokes, old man. Keep livin in the past...

well at least I lived Clutch City and I didn't pretend that i did like you.
And this is the D&D, I don't know why you decided to bump this thread since people pretty much said how they felt and let this thing die.

However, I hope Basso, TJ, Batman, RocketsJudoka and company are enjoying this thread.

Fine you can criticize me about my enjoyment of the Rockets. I mean, didn't you read Clutchfans.net the "About" page?

Living in the past > Pretending I knew about the past

Because you can take stats and analyze them and summarize them doesn't make you an NBA expert. For today's game, you are on even ground with everyone else who watches basketball, but for the past I'd rather enjoy a post from someone who was there like Leebigez or DaDakota, people who were fans at the time and have the experience of painting a story.

I mean, when you dropped that Jordan scored on Maxwell, you took that info straight from the youtube description, you didn't see that game or were old enough to remember the little details of that entire period of time.

I'm ok with your research, just don't think that you know what it was back then.

like I don't how slavery was back then cause I watched Roots. I won't or will I pretend that I do.

Oh the last time I checked you are posting alot here, which means you are alittle obsessed with this place..in the off season.
