Well, since he actually said that, that could mean a good thing. He just got microfracture knee surgery and has been rehabbing so that is a PLUS.

He didn't know last year it was going to progress worse and worse.

Yes, and let's hope he doesn't get...

...or he might decide to have surgery again...

Ok, that's mean, sorry Mac. Come back healthy.

Better question is how does he keep feeling better than ever. If this trend continues, he'll be 100 and still feeling better than ever...

im with the people that are saying "who gives a hoot what tmac says"

because he says it all the time, so many times, over the past few years, that it's hard to care whether he's "feeling better" or "ahead of schedule"

bear in mind, if he doesn't play, his knee obviously will not feel sore. so obviously he will feel "better"

so it's not news he's feeling better. and like everyone says, until he can come back, put forth at least a bunch of games playing at a high level without any signs of soreness, it's hard to take his words at face value.

Wow that little piece got me a bit pumped. Not gonna lie! T-Mac looks determined and from the little work they showed him doing(shooting) he looks good! Still got work to do though to make a full recovery.

Where are the McGrady haters saying he has no heart and isnt determined. Looks like hes out to prove all the naysayers wrong!

BTW, look for another piece or continuing story on this tomorrow, according to Berman.

"The venture is a new website called skillzlab.com which launches Monday where McGrady will be referred to as Professor McGrady.

"I'm Professor McGrady in my lab," McGrady said. "What I do I teach mental preparation, strength and conditioning, things that I know about the game of basketball and what it takes to be a professional athlete."

I still get a good chuckle whenever I read this :D

    Good for him.

I will believe him when I see his work.

I will believe him when I see him giving some effort in transition D instead of letting Jamario Moon blow past him for a dunk.

"What I do I teach mental preparation, strength and conditioning, things that I know about the game of basketball and what it takes to be a professional athlete."

He sure taught Jamario what it took to be a professional athelte.
