We all started a "What if..." thread on the same day!!! That would be cool...seriously! We could like,,,see who gets the most responses, then give the winner the Crisco Award for Best Filler. The ones that get the admin hook and get sent into another forum immediately lose, as well as anyone who responded to them prematurely. Only Filler in the Main Course Thread counts. OK...I'll start: ----------------------- What if... Rudy T agreed to come into the Rockets 2000 Forum to answer some questions before the Draft about his plans for the Draft and offseason. What would he say: 1. Rudy T would tell us exactly who he's going after, 2. Rudy T would tell us exactly who he doesn't like (to throw off the other teams), 3. Rudy T would throw in a wild mixture to keep us guessing, 4. Rudy T wild mixture would be, "Just listen to Popeye, he's been right in the past." To keep Popeye's stock up, so Rudy can continue using him to leak false information to help him and CD flush out the blabber-mouths in the organization. 5. In the spirit of cc.net, Rudy T launches into his own dreamcasting and vociferous Vesceyesqueness..."I think Cato+Drew+$4.5m can land Duncan, or Shareef, or Martin/Swift. Then we just wait for the Clippers to make a stupid trade with us for Odom and Olawankandi for KT and Walt...then we'd be ready to take it straight to Phil...that'll be so coooool." 6. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
did you get a hold of Rudy's purple Kool Aid Hey Pard? Purty farty post there now a smiley and an exclamation ! its like that saying. If what ifs were hoseshoes and grenades, the world would be full of wooden nickels. dont you see? ------------------ Cato is 7 feet tall.
hmmmm....let me try. If "What Ifs" aren't quite real threads, but "almost", they still count; and I just helped propogate the world with more wooden nickels. but don't you see: wooden nickels are cool to people who collect trinkets and worn-out material, until you flood them with it. Now everyone has a wooden nickel. sorta like how everyone wants more money, but no one wants inflation. everyone wants quick responses to "what ifs", but no one wants a board of "what ifs".
