    Europe I understand because it's more competitive and a step equal to if not above college basketball... but China??

    More exposure and playing time for him then playing in Europe. The talent level is not the same between the leagues in Europe and that of China but some players might want to have that elusive playing time rather then ride the bench for a European team. Or Maybe He is a fan of Bonzi Wells and wants to play vs his idol. :D :D :D

    Good for him.....why not get paid, him going to class and faking like he was a student is a travesty anyway.

    And he gets a chance to see an incredible country while he plays.....good for him.

    True but He would not see much time on court. In China, He can develop confidence and try to enter the NBA next season or two with a developed game.

    He probably wants to get crazy numbers like 30pts and 20rebs a game. Or maybe Yao is pulling some strings and we could be looking at the Future Center of the Houston Rockets. C'mon Yao, with all that time you've missed, you owe us one. ;)
