I think it's funny that people assume I'm defending Sheila Jackson Lee in here. I'm not a fan of hers. I think she's kind of a fool. I was just taking the opportunity to ask MattJ about that Pryzbilla thread because he never replied to all the questions in it. Looks like he didn't stick around this thread either though. Casey has a lot of nerve bringing up thread derailment when he was responsible for the nastiest, worst derail ever -- changing the subject entirely to my friend who died, admittedly just to upset me by bringing up my dead friend. I still can't believe he wasn't permabanned for that.
I remember being at a dinner at Hunan Garden with a bunch of my friends, both dems and reps, about 6 years ago talking politics. At the end of the evening we had an agreement that we would take DeLay and Jackson-Lee, throw them both in a volcano, and Texas politics in general would be better off.
