By best you mean most consistent right? If so... the award goes to Brian Cook. He consistently sucks.
If Battier wants my vote for best whole season, he's going to have to outscore at least one of the top 143 players in the NBA in minutes per game. I'm sorry, I don't think that's asking too much. NBA All Defense + NBA All Worst Offense = A mediocre player
I've got a feeling that Carl Landry will be doing some major damage this year. It's finally his chance to show everything he's got.
Brooks and Yao cannot co-exist, but with Yao out next season, he can score. and Scola will get more offense than before
Luis Scola,no doubt. Especially considering with Yao's absence,Scola will be our first option in the paint.
Scola. At present, He is the most reliable scoring threat in the post. The team needs to establish him in order to free up the perimeter players. His rebounding is also crucial for the team to run and create points without passing through the half court offense.
What does the question even answer? Nothing. Yao's being out and McGrady's postponed return affects the positions and who gets more of a chance at minutes and improvement. I'm sure there was pun intended at a certain player because some posters here have no life but to hold a vendetta, but having the best numbers on any given team does not necessarily mean that that person is having the "best", "whole" season. Some players anchor more than others. For example, regardless of what Parker and Ginobli might average, Duncan is the cornerstone. It's a bad comparison tot his Rockets team because that team has life. They have a foundation. This is a stupid thread.
this is a realistic thread. Somebody on the Rockets will have a good season. Your response shows you have no faith in the players listed.
