This is not me defending T-Mac, it is me defending someone who just had a major knee operation, as someone here who has had 4 in myself... A tough drill involving a Yoga Ball will make you grimmace and be in crazy pain when you are flaring up muscles in the leg that havent been flared in months... it's called, those muscles are ripping to shreds... thats what happens when we work out and that happens in a big way when it is a muscle that has to be re-trained. This isnt a personal attack, but that was not an educated comment. But, you may not have known, now you do. Rehab is pain... Period...
people are going to flame him no matter what, but he does look good in those pictures. he looks really cut.
i think he's past that initial pain...looks like he's already dribbling the ball around on the court and taking on some contact....not that i disagree with you, just saying he's past that, i think the key is where his feet are in the picture, you can't see them, for all we know they are up in the air and he's finishing several push up sets, or maybe there's a resistance band strapped to his feet or waist, etc..
He didn't work with grover in 2007 and he is clearly in one of the pictures if anything this are photoshopped
How are these updated pics? These are the same pics that were posted in another thread. Nothing updated about these.
I agree with you.. I had knee surgery last year and it's tough getting back because of the initial fear of injury again and just pain that is felt while doing basic drills. People that discredit t-mac's injury don't have a clue and need to educate themselves better.
he's working pretty hard as you can see his face is way less chubbier and you can see that his abs are visible. So that means he's at around 10% body fat.
Is that a scar line or is it just one of those weird, disgusting, distinctive Tmac veins lining along left leg
I think what he is trying to say is Tmac is getting into shape. At least every one wants some of those disgusting Tmac veins on his legs.
wow tmac is in great shape already and will only be in better shape as the season starts the question is how far is he in his knee and how much can he do on the basketball court now, and how much longer till he resumes playing full contact without experiencing any setbacks
