So to answer the OP's question (not that we got off topic or anything....). The only highlight videos of assists I've seen involved Jason "White Chocolate" Williams and that's mostly because that's all he was good at. Passing just isn't as flashy.

So when he trots up the court and launches a jumper in the playoffs, what do you think is going through his mind?

"I really don't care about winning. I'm just going to shoot this brick for the fun of it, and then pretend to cry when we lose."

I am from Argentina and i follow the Rox for about only 4 years, i never liked the game of T-Mac because i am used to fiba ball wheere the ball moves a lot more and T-Mac game is somewhat stagnant for me and i see it as unproductive.

Anyway, i have to say that i didn´t hate the guy, but i do hate how his fans think that he has no fault in anything.

There are facts denied about him that one cannot believe and even lies that are said as truth.

    Examples.

He NEVER won a single playoff series. This is a fact and cannot be denied.

His teams ALWAYS pased the first round in the next year after he left (or didn´t play).

He DOESN´t have great PO performances in terms of Shooting. I bet Kobe, LeBron, Duncan, Shaq, Billups, Hamilton have all better FG for their PO than T-Mac.

Only star with his FG% might be Iverson.

A player that chooses when to play hard is a player to be blamed.
Even more if he is your star player.
And you are suppoused to ask this player more because he wins more money than others.

The title is the best thing about this thread. The videos I can watch once, but the title, I can read again and again.

This is patently false. The Magic didn't even make the playoffs the for 2 years after he left. If you're going to post in CAPS, at least get your facts straight.

    On the 2004 season:
"The Magic finished the season with a 36–46 record, disappointing after a strong start"

After finally making the playoffs in the 2006-2007 season, they were promptly swept by the Pistons in the first round.

There is no denying that McGrady takes more than his fair share of ill-advised shots. He settles for jumpers (fine), but some of his shot selection rivals Ron Artest shot selection last season. I'm sure both of those guys were firing away with the inentention of winning.

Yea we were suppose to win that series but Yao couldn't get a rebound in game 7 and was getting lit up by boozer.

Funny how when we lose the first round people points finger at Tmac and blame him for everything. How come no one point any finger at Yao? Don't say he made it out of the first round because he only was good on the first game and was basically shut down the rest of the way. It was Artest, Brooks, Scola, Battier, Von Wafer, Landry, and Lowry all together got us out of the first round.

If anything, blame both Tmac and Yao together. This freaking team is better without both of them.

Can someone make a video of T-mac hustling for the ball, diving on the floor, going to the stands, chasing down an opponent for a block, etc? :D

We deserve what we got cause that was a game 7 at home, the whole reason for why we got home court.

yes Yao was one of the reasons we lost that SERIES. you could figure out who the other person was.

Their superstars - Boozer and Williams out played ours. period.

Ya I was at the game. You forget about Okur's timely three pointers down the stretch. One of them which could have been avoided by a defensive rebound by any of the FIVE players on the court. Not sure if you actually ball, but it takes 5 buddy.

Last time I checked, Mcgrady dropped 30 pts and 13 dimes in that game son.

Last time I checked, in the 12 years of McGrady, not one team tasted playoff success.

It's all fine and dandy he had good stats, but I like it when they translate to wins.

Yeah I know it's the teams fault. So they fired JVG.

It does take 5, but apparently not that 5. And 23 million dollars can get you some better players to make a better 5.

    #5 is alive!

We do that and beat L.A. People have every right to question his regular season laziness but when playoff time rolled around T-Mac played his ass off.

well if Tracy is willing to be just a role player and defer to Kobe in the clutch, yes.

the argument is for tracy being Kobe's equal or cornerstone of the franchise.

but that won't happen cause tracy makes more money than kobe this year and that they couldn't resign Odom if they get Tmac.

Ron Artest is just a role player, but a good one.
