    LOL at Q's travels in the last month.

    Q => Memphis for Darko
    Q => LA for Randolph
    Q => just got traded to Minny for Telfair, Madsen and Smith.

    How long before Minny trades Q for something now?

    Now that Sebastian is gone is Flynn the only PG left on Minnesota's roster?

    clearly a transparent move by the clippers in trying to bring back Mark Madsen to LA to sell more tickets

    That just doesn't even seem fair to Q-Rich to be traded three times in one month. I'm surprised there's not something in the CBA against being traded that often in a short period.

    It was bound to happen to someone given the commodification of players into contract-assets but that just sucks to be traded that often.

    not fair? Who cares? It's not like he goes and buys houses in each place and roots himself in the community so quickly. Either he thinks he's wanted or he's smart and realizes his contract is valuable--in which case, he should expect this.

    you want to pay me to do something fun? Shoot, you want to pay me a lot more to do a job I don't like.. You can trade me as much as you want if it's to 1 of 30 destinations, all of which aren't too bad in their own right.

    It might hurt his ego a bit, but it's probably easier to be traded 3 times in one month than 3 times in 3 years.

    We have officially entered the age in the NBA where the contract a player has is MORE valuable than the contributions on the court... sad..

    They still have Bobby Brown (the R&B sensation) and Rubio is technically on the roster. They must feel confident about that buyout going through.

    How bout them Clippers? :cool:

    Absolute ball breaker.

    If Houston had a longshot of dealing McGrady for Flynn or Rubio this trade kills off any remaining hope.

    They're giving up Smith to offload two expiring contracts in Telfair probably to appease Rubio's camp and Madsen who's just a garbage contract.

    I thought the Clippers' rookie point guard Mike Taylor played pretty decent basketball in the latter part of the season last year.

    I was hoping to see him backup B-Diddy this upcoming season, but I imagine he'll be relegated to the third string now with Telfair in LA.

    I'm just shocked that Mark Madsen still has a job in the NBA.

    Good luck to him.

    They must be confident that they can work out the buyout for Rubio or they're going to get someone like Watson, Marbury or Iverson.

    At least he didn't get up from his lounge chair. Nice to be traded in the off-season.

    Should we go after Q-Rich? I'm sure he's available, and I bet we could trade him for something.

    A player is not allowed to be packaged for 60 days after acquired by a new team however can be traded by himself.
