    Does anyone know what WINK means for sure? I think some guy said it was his nickname from Maryland, but I watched every Maryland game and they never mentioned it.

    P.S. What was Willoughby's first name? I can't believe I have forgotten it!!!

    Steve said the players at Maryland gave him the nickname Wink because of his speed. When you wink he's already past you and scored.

    Bullard gave the whole team nicknames like that, maybe Francis already had the nickname Wink, but I know that some of the other nicknames are:

    Drew: Think
    Shandon: Kink
    Cato: Ink
    Bullard: Link
    Gray: Drink

    Those are all the ones I can think of but I think there were others.

    they are called the "reebok wink"
