Those were alright, maybe even funny. I just don't think the full length format is right for the show. The 2nd movie "Beast with a Billion Backs" was pretty bad. I didn't like it at all.
I'll second that. The first half of Beast was decent, but it got weird pretty quickly....and not a good weird. I liked Bender's Big Score...Bender's Game actually bored me somewhat. But I think Into the Wild Green Yonder was probably the best of the bunch...just edging out the first. I'll also agree that the movies, as good as some of them were and as nice as it was to have Futurama back, just weren't as tightly focused as the episodes. It's the same problem every animated show turned movie (except South Park) has had.
I prefered the DVD movies but it seem like they were beginning to recycle allusions/movie-pop culture references.

Bummer. I really like Futurama and was excited to hear that it was coming back but if they're going to dump the original cast and cut back on writing and production costs, then it'll just be some cheap knock-off of the original show. Might as well not bring it back if that's the case.
wow they are just asking for it by doing this. clearly the show has a strong following, even if you want to call it a cult following. how much more is the original cast asking for that they have to replace EVERYONE. it would be one thing if it was maybe one character like Amy, but the entire cast?? fox better get their act together
I assume it's a pissing contest, but hopefully one Fox loses because I won't watch or buy anything that doesn't have the original cast. When they tried this with the Simpsons, no other professional voice actor even auditioned. Either they were showing their solidarity with the cast or they were worried about getting blackballed.

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! Its back tonight! Thought the episodes have been leaked online already I am just happy this show is back should have never been cancelled in the first place. Hard to beleive that this show started back when I was in high school.
They should have just made a Zoidberg spin-off, or rename the show Zoidurama. Can't wait! New Futurama and the draft on the same night!
