As a concerned citizen, I'll consent to "letting it go" when the applicable statute(s) of limitations for their potential crimes expires.

What innocent people? Its fine to believe it was a constitutionally unjust war... i wholeheartedly agree with that. Even when it was a mild rumor that we would go into Iraq, I knew it would be a mistake. The only innocent people killed are the ones who were killed and never had an intention on inflicting harm on another person. Yes, there was plenty who died in Iraq who were innocent, but there we're many many more innocent dying before the invasion. The moment you verbally agree to pick up a weapon with intent to kill another human, you are no longer innocent, regardless of your uniform or regardless of the reason to fight.
Just for the record most of the innocents killed in Iraq before the war were killed years before the war started. At the time just prior to the war, the innocents weren't dying at near the pace they have been dying since.
US military, US contractors(mercs), Fighters against the US occupation, and Terrorists. That is the recent history. Who is killing is actually a secondary point. The larger point is that there is more killing going now, than just prior to the invasion.
You might have a point but you are just factually wrong that more innocents were dying before the invasion.
That's a very interesting statement and I'm curious how far you would apply that. Would you apply that to US military personel who die in terrorists attacks?
