A few years ago I got their 3 yr for $700 deal. Pretty good. Didn't know I couldn't go to those stupid super sport dealios though. Now I moved close to downtown and the closes one to me is that super sport on louisiana. Can't work out there unless I pay like $30 each for me and the wifey. They said to just wait and sometimes they have deals where you can sign up for $10 a month each. But my ass is getting fatter by the minute and need to workout. So if anybody works there that can hook a fellow rockets fan up that would be great. No I am not posting pictures of my wife.
I promise to post pictures of my future wife. My current wife says that if I can ever get this girl then to go ahead and do it.
I enrolled at 24 Hr Fitness at their nasty Richmond location. When I found the Meyerland edition, I thought I was in heaven and never looked back over my shoulder. I have gone to a couple of the other nice locations and they've never said I needed to pay extra, and I paid the similar sort of deal, $600-$700 for 3 years. Maybe it was in my contract at the time that I could go to whatever location.
When I did my 3 yr contract, I made sure to pick the All Club option. IIRC, it was $900 for 3 yrs w/ the all club option. This was back in 2003/2004. Somebody give the OP the hookup!
I paid $800 for 3 years, any location with the option to renew each year after 3 for $30/year. I live in the Galleria area and have been going to the San Felipe location, but would really like to find a nicer one, preferably one with a sauna. Anyone have any suggestions? Sorry to hijack your thread OP. It seems to me that your best bet is to try and speak with a manager to work out a deal (I've been a loyal member for XX years, I paid $700, the Louisiana location is the only one near me that meets my needs, etc.), or just see if you can do a 1 time payment to have them add the "all location" option into your contract. Good luck! Pugs
You can still do it for 315 without a Costco membership. Only an extra 63 cents a month over the life of the deal.
LOL...no. They sell a membership "certificate" to 24 Hour Fitness for a term of 2 years. At $300 (or $315 as a non-Costco member) it comes out to about $13 a month. You just buy it online at costco.com, get it in the mail, then walk in to 24 Hour Fitness and they set you up. You never enter into a contract (other than normal stuff you have to sign off on to use the facilities) and you never pay anything directly to 24. http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?prodid=11295243
i know the OP wants super sport but anyone else wondering about a 3 year..this seems pretty good. 3 Year All-Club Sport membership with three, 50-minute Personal Training sessions $549.99 Includes access to over 380 clubs. For a limited term non-renewable prepaid membership. Offer not available at Super/Ultra Sport clubs.
I'm pretty sure I had picked the all club thingy when I signed the deal about 2 years ago. Maybe if I gave corporate a call or something?
Typically once a month they'll have a weekend special where you can upgrade from sport to supersport for 10 bucks extra per month. Just call the location and see when it comes around. If you want a personal trainer, then I can certainly help you
Yeah, you should be able to get a copy of the contract you signed showing all of the "perks" you're entitled to. If you get that and find out you didn't sign up for all of the clubs, try calling corporate and telling them you were under the impression that you were getting that, or that the person that signed you up told you you were getting that. If you think about it, it doesn't cost them any additional money to add that on for you, and by not working with you they lose a member down the road and possibly friends/family of the member because of what you might say about 24.
