    Maryland's Chris Wilcox and California's Jamal Sampson will workout for the Rockets on Thursday.

    ya why not for the Rockets

    but why is Chris Wilcox doing it?
    he ain't going 1st
    and will be loooong gone before 15

    He could end up hurting himself ala Armare Stoudemire

    What is in it for Chris Wilcox? Does he just wanna visit and shoot the sh*t? I don't get it... does he think he may go no 1?

    If Ming's-the-Thing falls through, then we have to look at other options...although we don't need another power forward, if we trade down and draft Wilcox, other deals can be had.

    Or we're scaring the p!ss out of other teams ("we're not gonna do what you think, nanny-nanny-boo-boo, oh, check it out, the phone's ringing; hello? deals-are-us?")

    Etc.
