Pretty cool. Athletes are pampered, no doubt. Must be a great life, but too bad many of them don't know how to handle it.

It's still weird seeing him in another jersey. We're used to seeing this guy on our side, even only after a season.

I'm still questioning the Lakers though -- they don't need him. They really don't. I don't think he can make them better. He can only hurt them. On a team with so much fire power, a guy stealing shots away from a championship core is a disservice. Not to mention all the mysterious locker room issues -- there's already rumblings that Kobe wasn't on board with the signing. I'm looking forward to seeing how this team works out.

Ron's man crush on Kobe strikes again, asking how long does Kobe drive here blah blah.

I feel Ron appreciate the Lakers so much he's like a beta dog to them. noem saaying.

Kupchak is a WUS. The Dream let him have it back then that was how Dream dealt with someone trying to punk him. :)

What surprises me is that Ron's attitude about Kobe and the Lakers is news to some people. This stuff has been out for years.

    What's up with the numbers? 37? 15? 23? 96? 93?

I haven't seen any other NBA player change so many numbers in his career.

Anyways I wish him luck, Ron Ron played and hustled last year when with Rockets, I'll remember that.

Well I'm assuming 23 was for jordan, 15 was probably his high school number or something.. 37 is the number of weeks michael jackson's album 'thriller' was #1 on the charts etc etc etc

You know, I was fine with Artest leaving the Rockets and joining the Lakers seeing as the Rockets didn't want to resign him...

but seeing him in that Lakers uniform? I feel like I just saw my ex-girlfriend with her new douchebag of a boyfriend.

. . . and 96 was for the total number of copies that his rap album had sold to date.
