Where did I say I wanted a backup of this caliber?

Where did I say anything about defense?

Why assume that just because I posted a player's stats, it means that I haven't actually seen him play?

I could have sworn my post was meant to support the fact that Vujacic is a "bull's eye" shooter...and he is. I claimed nothing more, and nothing less.

Also, if your idea of a player getting "exposed" is when someone throws an And 1 move at them...you may want to re-evaluate.

All i wanted to say is that your second unit has a Scola-Prigioni tandem, then that Unit will score consistently against NBA second units, that is for sure. Prigioni is not a great athlete, nor is pepe sanchez, but both are great defenders and they do full court pressure on the other point on every possession, that gives them a plus on taking time off the other PG.

In the russian article below CSKA's president states that his team will cut/renegotiate the salaries of the players they alreay have under contract. The reason given for this action was because of the global financial crisis.

Siskauskas's future with the team is now uncertain.

If the Rockets are still interested in him they've still got their MLE. He would fill in the scoring and playmaking holes that Morey & Adelman have been brought up in recent articles/interviews.

I think with the teams new direction of getting younger, he doesn't fit.

I'm not too sure they're going sign only young players just for sake of signing young players just like they haven't signed bigs simply because of their height.

With an older player it may be they're reluctant to sign him long term or if he's not a key starter.

I thought he was a European center or something, I started looking at his profile and saw 6'6" and was like NOOOOO not another undersized (extremely undersized) big man.

I don't think we're that much in need of another PG to waste roster space on a prospect that's over 30.

I think the Rockets want younger athletic players.....because Yao is out...this is a growth year.

Those 6-6+ European guys who can "man the point" generally turn out to be Marko Jaric & Jiri Welsch - meaning that they can't.

Do you mean that literally or figuratively...because we're going to need a lot of "growing" in order to make up 7'6"..... :p
