STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING.....not athletic trainer. Yes, both positions may have a role in the prevention of injuries, especially the trainer, but they can NOT always prevent injuries...

From now on The Rockets only hire people named Daryl, including all spelling variations. That is all.

Lol. Whenever Yao or T-Mac pictures surface during the summer, people always ask that... now that even includes our GM. :p

". . .will ensure the Rockets continue to have one of the best strength and conditioning programs in the NBA.”

If we had one of the bests before, I'd like to not see it get any "better."

So far I can't find much about his nutritional expertise, but here's a blurb from an article I found:

    link

This sounds promising. But I still say the Rockets need a biochemist/nutritional expert. If this guy isn't one they need to add one.

Sounds like a great hire and a great start towards prevention with regards to injuries that CAN be prevented by less strain on joints, and more strength to the muscle masses of our athletes with better conditioning. This should make a team that is active and hustles a lot on defense even more effective

in this case he actually has...i'm guessing the added work/responsibilities basically force him to be sitting somewhere most of the time and most of the time he probably is forced to grab junk food and also has less time to work out....
