A lot of kids are petty evil. Why does everyone hate middle school? i hate the fact they are portrayed as these innocent angels. I think the point is if you are a good parent you don't get your kids in this situation. If you get in this situation you as a parent have failed and whether you take the money or not becomes irrelevant. You might want to be on the high horse saying you won't take the money and that you are trying to look out for your kid, but I that doesn't excuse the fact.
The situation is someone true of what Tree-Mac is describing. However, most times children are forced into some type of prostitution like they are in Thailand or they do it against their will to support their parents, etc. Either way, I've been around enough to know that whether or not they CHOOSE to go into it to support their parents or their parents force them into it or they have to go into it, they still don't like what they are doing and still are ****ed up somehow by it. And by the way, in SEA countries, no one pays to just fondle you...

i dont think anyone is denying whether it's true or not. Yeah i know parents sell their kids into slavery, prostitution, etc. but does that make it right? Tree-Mac is saying because it's not against the law or law enforcement or the government doesnt care, then it's okay. Im sure there are more poor parents in Thailand who would NEVER sell their child than there are parents that would. There are plenty of hungry people in the world who WOULDNT steal a dime for food.

Tree Mac, In response to your post talking about how my father is a doctor, therefore I have it made or whatever, that is completely false. Just because someone is a physician does not mean they are wealthy. In fact, in going to dental school, I have accrued almost $300,000 in debt. Paying back about 3500 a month for the next 10 years is a very significant amount...and no one will be helping me out with that. Moving on...as many have already stated, a woman that is choosing prostitution as a way to pay to survive is far, far, far different than a 4 year old that is being forced into a compromising situation. You cannot compare the two. I want you to answer the following questions with a simple yes or no. 1) If you had a 6 year old daughter, would you let a 60 year old with a history of child molestation perform oral sex on your girl if it meant that you would be paid 20 million dollars? 2) Same situation above, but your child has a 5% chance of being traumatized for the remainder of her life...would you still allow it to happen for 20 million? 3. If your answer to question 2 is "No"...would you do it for 50 million? 100 million? 4. If your answer to question 2 is "Yes"...would you still do it for 10 million? 5 million? If money is so important that you are willing to have your children molested...why not just figure out a way to make money? Why not get higher level education and give yourself a life that isnt substandard? That is how you should make money if it is so important to you. However, allowing your children to be wrongfully touched so that you can gain a buck is very sad. I love money more than most people, but I would live in a dump if it meant my children would never have to go through something so disgusting.
