Ok, I realize that I've had the most impressive Johnson in the league, but JD's Prime-Time Players have been after my Big Unit for weeks, and I can't hold out anymore...

Is a nice trade, though i woulda requested more for Johnson, when it's all said and done he will once again be the best fantasy player in the league.

I need a second baseman if u have any reasonable trades ive got P. Byrd on the block and any of my players outside of M. Morris

What happened to the trade between the Albion Warriors and the Sheldon Digglerites? Did it get vetoed?

No Ablion had too many players, so they redid the trade and Albion released someone

Sheldon Digglerites has relinquished his team and we now have a new owner. His name is Ernest Lee and he is a friend from work and he is pretty knowledgeable about baseball. So welcome him to the league.

OK, am I missing something on this latest trade?

    Hatteburg > Barrett
    Pujols > Chavez
    Erstad > Sierra
    Halladay > Clement
    Sasaki < Padilla

    This trade seems ridiculously lopsided??

agreed, this is how the rest of the league should handle it.

    1) trade me all of ur superstars
    2) watch me kick the primetime cheaters arse for the rest of the season,

HEH, jk it woulnt be that unfair if say maybe the digglerites/sunset woulda gotten something decent outta the deal.

and if that had happned we woulnt have had to reopen the ccdiamonduel leage trade discussion

from now on the actual winner of the league will be the team that comes in second place,

If you guys think it is so unfair...then you need to contest the trade. The Beaumont Place Scrubs and The Albion Warriors have both already contested it. Two more people need to contest it trade before it goes through later today. I tried to contest the trade myself but Sandbox wouldn't allow me to do so.

It doesn't matter to me because I am going to win the league with this trade going through or not.

hi I guess i'm the new guy here. I talked to James today and we both tried to contest the trade since it was made before I came in. Since it was out trade, we couldn't do it, Either way, it's nice to be able to get into this league and maybe I can try to get this team out of the cellar. Nice meetin ya

It doesnt matter to me, either way i agree primetime players woulda won with or without the trade mostlikely, but i feel i have improved my team and think if P. Byrd ( and i repeat IF ) he comes back around, i would have a nice pitching staff, could possibly content with the PT players, though it woulda been tough. Either way, ive had fun so far, and thats all that matters would like to join the same league next year.

Other than that i would like to wish everyone good luck for the second half of the season and may R. Johnson, and R. Clemens get a line drive to the head, and be out for the season, and for Clemens sit him down for the long haul,

BTW: WTF is this S. Estes gets fined $ 750.00, im mean not even 1k, man i got fined half of that for pissin on the beach, thats not even 1/1000th of the guys salary i would guess.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm not ready to give up just yet. I'm sitting in third place, and I've got Tim Hudson, Tomokazu Ohka, Eric Milton and A.J. Burnett going tomorrow. With 4 good starts, 200 points is not completely out of the question.

That having been said, I've got some dealing I want to do. I need a 1st Baseman and a SS, and I've got Richie Sexson, Rafael Furcal, Kirk Rueter, Raul Mondesi, Edgar Renteria and Rick Reed ready to trade. Let me hear something.

EDIT--added more players to the ready to trade list.

It was far from a criticism.

    You said:

"Ostin Longhorns....how could you be waiving DK after what happened????"

    Still a stupid take.

I probably wouldn't have dropped him though,... maybe it's cuz he was always one of my favorite players and I've met him a few times in person. His wife used to substitute at my high school and Kile's one of the nicest people I've ever met. But in all seriousness, I probably wouldn't have dropped someone who died tragically, fantasy league or not. Not as a criticism, but I do understand why he was dropped in that it'll help the team. Just understanding CountingCrow's point, and from what I feel too, it's just a sign of respect to hold on to him in return for what he's done for the year thus far. Then again, this league only allows 25 players on the roster. If Kile's up for trade, please let me know and see if there's an offer that you'll do it for... just someone to sit in my team for the remainder of the season, but if you want to keep him, please do so=) and thanks for the show of respect on putting him on a team.. thanks
