Can Morey please trade TMac before the start of the season. TMac is cursed and needs to leave a great city like H-Town. He has had his chances now it is time to cut the chord. GoodLuck to TMac where ever he ends up and good riddance to all the T.O.F. on the board. I root for the Rockets the team not just one player.

I don't question McGrady's talent, heart or commitment, and I don't blame him for the fact that his teams didn't advance in the playoffs. It's a team sport. He's a great basketball player, and I've loved having him on the Rockets. But at this point in his career, we've learned, he's fragile as hell. Even if he comes back motivated, he could very well get hurt again. It's a shame because he's so damn good. I just have this feeling he'll end up injured again. That contract has to look very valuable to some team. It's time for the Rockets to unload him if the right deal comes along.

I believe in tmac because I remember. I remember 04/05 when we won 51 games and took a superior dallas team to 7 games with tmac, yao and the white boy squad; tmac played out of his mind. I remember 06/07 when we won 53 games and a very good utah team to 7 games (yes we could have and should have won); despite the infamous last 5 mins of game 7 tmac was easily our best player. I remember 07/08 when we won 55 despite yao being out 1/2 the season. tmac blended into the team concept and helped us win 22 straight then take utah to 6 games despite being severely under-manned. I remember the all around game, the high bball iq, the high pick and roll with yao, the dishes for easy baskets to yao and landry. I remember and HOPE too see it again.

He'd need 35 shot attempts per game to do that ... why would you want one of the most inefficient players to score so much?

Why does anyone think Mcgrady is or would be super motivated? He's already very very rich. He's said several times that basketball just isn't his passion hardly.

And anyone thinking that he's going to even be remotely as athletic as he was before all of this is kidding themselves. He'll just be a spot up jump shooter and he won't be a guy that consistently attacks the basket. Hell, he hasn't been that type of player for the last few years. He doesn't like the contact. He;ll be a spot up jump shooter that takes to many shots when he comes back because he doesn't have a good jump shot.

Orlando's GM told the Rockets when he traded Tmac to us that we were getting a guy with no hear that was a quitter. Everyone laughed at him, but guess what he got the last laugh because he was exactly right and Mcgrady was exactly what he said Mcgrady was.

No, I don't and I'm hoping he can beast when he comes back so we can trade him ASAP. There's no point in believing this guy and there's nothing he can do to make me believe it besides show it to me on the basketball court. Which he has yet to do since the beginning of the 07-08 season or since the 04-05 season.

He's a Perennial loser, plain and simple. I am sorry If I offended anybody that is a fan of his, but he's the last player in the NBA I call a winner. Just being brutally honest here. I have no choice BUT to root for him, until he stops wearing Rocket Red on his Jersey.

I love and respect what he does off the court, but the NBA is business, I know that, the fans know that and the GMs know that for sure. Rockets need to trade him and I am hoping the Rockets can get Michael Redd or Rip Hamilton in return.

Why trade him? Just let him expire. The free agency market in 2010 is where it's at.

If we can get a Rip Hamilton or Michael Redd Caliber shooting guard, I say shoot for the trade. Currently the most likely scenario and the most safe scenario is if we let his contract expire which I have no problem of doing. But the Pistons have a logjam at the shooting guard position so I would suspect Rip Hamilton would be the trading block.

How many times has Tracy McGrady quit on the Rockets? He's taken absolutely **** teams to the playoffs. That's one thing everyone just magically ignores. Every year T-Mac wins with scrubs and yet he's hated.

I agree he's built like cookie dough but don't question his will to win. He plays through injuries almost every single game.

I still believe in him. If he's healthy then we're a solid playoff team. He's just easy to hate

I would not take a Michael Redd - caliber player. Rip Hamilton would be nice, but overall we're going to need a clear cut clutch performer. Cavs have LeBron, Celtics have Pierce, Lakers have Kobe. Where is our clutch perimeter player?

Why not? He is still a Rocket and nobody has seen him play again. He might just be as good as before. Its just one more year so it really does not hurt to believe. Give the guy one more chance.

Honestly, he doesn't deserve a chance. But, we have no choice either way.
