Don't get me wrong, I really want Ming but ever since we won the lottery, 100+ guys of the asian persuasion have joined my gym and I can't get a game in edgewise now. If we do draft him, the line for a game will be out the door!

Oh well, I guess I'm all for whatever it takes to get another ring.

Hahaha, is that really the case? Very cool.

I don't know if you boys down in Houston are aware of this, but basketball is definitely *the* game of the Chinese-American community in California. You play basketball, you listen to house, and you drive imports. With Yao Ming in the fold, you're going to pick up a lot of fans.

I'm Filipino not Chinese but I can relate to basketball, the driving of an import, and listening to house (not trance) and real hip hop. But over here in Houston, there were already a lot of Asians playing basketball, drafting Ming will just add insanity to it. :D

I always thought interesting, and pretty cool, that so many people of other cultures pretty much migrated to the game. It seems like there's a rash of Japanese players in MLB, now everywhere you look there's Japanese fans in the stands. I like it!
