What triggered the Rockets misfortune?

    I don’t know what it is but there seemed to be a black lingering cloud hovering over the city of Houston for over a decade. Call it a curse or call it retribution, just take a look at some of the players from past to present:

    Eddie Griffin – Dead.

    Steve Francis – Riddled with injuries.

    Cuttino Mobley – Retired due to heart problems.

    Tracy McGrady – Was a superstar before joining the Rockets and now riddled with injuries.

    Maybe they built the Toyota centre on top of some Indian burial grounds or perhaps since Houston is the biggest city in the state of Texas, it is taking the brunt of the retribution from all the sins made by the former leader. Heck if I were Yao I would opt out and move away from Houston. Who knows maybe he finds better luck elsewhere.

    It's all been down hill since we signed Matt Maloney to the worse contract in the history of basketball
