    I know it's fashionable to spill vitriol against irresponsible drivers, but I do feel bad for him. He killed his own best friend. That cannot be easy to live with.

    He is not a thug, rather he's an absolutely arrogant, childish, imbecile that deserves more time in the pen. imho. I've followed him since his rookie year with the Hornets and the guy hasn't changed. You basically said it all in your post, he follows up the incident with TWO more tickets!!! Just an idiot, absolute idiot. :mad:

    Stallsworth who plays in the NFL got suspended indefinitely because of drunk driving that killed someone, so is the NBA going to suspend J.R. Smith? Stern suspends for drug use, and in my opinion, killing someone deserves punishment as well.
