What car do you drive?

This isn't quite the same model -- mine's a 1979 300CD -- but it looks very similar. And it's the right color.

Uhh ... or at least it would be the right color if I washed mine.

 

1998 red Ford Ranger 4x4 flareside, regular cab. Really fun truck to drive, and for off-roading. Only got 37,000 miles on it. But my next car's going to be a 2000-01 used Vette.

 

'02 Nissan Altima 2.5SL 5-speed. Got it in February to replace my '98 Audi A4 1.8T manual.

 

When I was in school, I drove one of these beauties:

Never had to worry about remembering where I parked it.

I have had some sweet rides.

starting with my old school 1978 Jeep Cherokee.
It leaked gas, was rusted out was an orangy brown, had a bent frame, but held 15 people on more than one occasion.

After owning 3 RX-7's ('87, '85 and '85 - not at the same time) I bought a '99 Miata.

 

The extra large rear view mirror was a popular after market option on those, as I recall.

 

...had a 93 green dodge intrepid, allthroughout highschool parts of college, cried in it, kissed girls in it, road around in the rain singing songs in it, tooke pictures in it,road to a radiohead concert in it, passed out in the back seat drunk in it, escaped everything in it. sold it two weeks ago because it kept breaking down, kissed it goodbye...

now ive got a 97 camry, i told the purchaser of the car who wasnt me, that id rather have a car with a cd player than one with air conditioning...i got only the air conditioning and i listen to the radio...
so i guess ill get a freaking job, put a NIN sticker on the back, eventually buy a cd player, and make some new memories... but it doesnt really feel like my car yet...

 

i had a cherry red 94 dodge intrepid all throughout college and had so many great and horrible memories of my life tied into something that happened in or around that car! maybe its something about intrepids???

sadly, mine broke down at the end too (again something about intrepids)... i really miss that car sometimes!
